US Conec, Ltd. seeks a proactive Audit Lead for the 3rd shift (4:30pm–2:30am) to supervise auditors and verify production kit audits against Acceptable Quality Level standards. In this role you will train staff, approve weekly timecards, adjust assignments to meet shipping schedules, document quality issues, and collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers and Supervisors to drive audit quality and efficiency.
