This role provides customer service, maintains pool deck cleanliness, monitors facility rules, and supports daily pool operations. The Pool Attendant helps promote guest safety and enhances the overall pool experience. In this role you will verify resident access, check coolers, bags, and other items residents bring to the pool area to abide by liquor law guidelines.**What You’ll Bring:*** High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.* Ability to work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions.* Basic understanding of pool safety.* Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.* Requires alignment with our Core Values: Performance, Communication, Leadership, Quality, and Teamwork.**Minimum Qualifications*** At least one (1) year of previous customer service experience is preferred.**Physical Demands and Work Environment**The physical demands and work environment described herein are representative of the criteria that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
