Your day as a Occupational Therapy

As a PRN Occupational Therapist at Minden Medical Center, you'll engage in daily assessments of patients' physical and cognitive abilities to develop personalized therapy plans. You'll collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, documenting progress and modifying treatment plans as necessary. Expect to conduct one-on-one therapy sessions, guiding patients through exercises and activities that enhance their functional abilities. You'll also provide education and support to patients and their families, fostering a deeper understanding of the therapeutic process.
