General Surgery Unit Opportunities Our Surgical Inpatient units are fast paced units that include high acuity patients. Are you looking to increase your knowledge base? Patient Population: Urology, Colon, Rectal Patient Ratios: 1: 5 Number of Beds: 35 Unit selling points: Tenured staff for mentoring and development. Top 30 surgical program for Colo/Rectal in US News and World Report. Engaged surgeons. Robust interdisciplinary team. Cohesive management team with skills and tools to develop professional nurses.
