JOB DESCRIPTION
As and Erling Construction Helper, you will be responsible for performing alongside your team completing projects throughout your region. We are looking for a driven individual to maximize our efficiency while on site while also maintaining safety standards. WHO WE ARE Our focus is on equipping, building, repairing, and maintaining retail facilities for operators of convenience stores and related types of business. Our core expertise is with fuel systems however we are expanding our offerings to provide a broad range of equipment, installation, repairs, and maintenance of the mechanical systems in these facilities. Our market is roughly the eastern half of Texas. We have delivered double-digit annual revenue growth for over fifteen years and expect that to continue going forward. We are privately held. We are data driven and primarily utilize data to improve our performance. Our computer systems are excellent. We have recently completed a new corporate office in Hutto to accommodate future growth. - Maintain equipment on customer sites
- Represent Erling by keeping a clean uniform and vehicle
- Performing all duties within safety standards
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting towards meeting established objectives
- A strong work ethic
- The ability to work on a professional level with customers and coworkers
- Functional computer skills
- An aptitude for mechanical, electrical, and construction related work
- The ability to perform physical labor daily in various weather conditions

- Prior construction experience a plus
- A valid driver's license.
- Experience with petroleum dispensers and equipment (Wayne, Gilbarco, Veeder Root, and Verifone) are a plus
- Must pass a background check and drug screen prior to employment
