Key Qualifications:

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Previous experience in schools or with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Adaptability to meet students’ diverse needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct student assessments to identify strengths and areas for support
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy goals in alignment with IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to optimize student outcomes
• Offer direct therapy services and consultative support within classroom and therapy settings
• Document therapy progress and maintain accurate records
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise during multidisciplinary discussions
• Promote student independence in daily routines and classroom tasks
