Histology TechnicianI'm hiring for a Histology Technician in Illinois! There is potential for sign-on bonus.The Histology Technician reports to the Section Technical Lead and Department Manager and prepares tissues for microscopic examination by a Pathologist according to established protocols. In doing so, the HT processes specimens by freezing and cutting tissue sections, selecting optimal tissue sections and floating them onto glass slides and staining or treating the tissue with reagents so as to reveal specific structural details under microscopic analysis.Location: Near Hanna City, ILType: Full-time and permanentShift: DaysRequirements: College degree; ASCP cert; prior experiencePay: $29-$34/hrBenefits: 401k; health, dental, and life insurance; PTO, etc.OfferingMy clients are offering a competitive compensation and benefits package (PTO, health insurance, etc.), with potential for sign-on bonus and/or relocation assistance!
