- Perform predictive, preventative, corrective, and routine maintenance on production equipment.
- Repair, maintain, and troubleshoot CNC machines.
- Repair, assemble, and install electrical, electronic, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
- Calibrate process control equipment and instrumentation.
- Rebuild, install, and make field repairs on centrifugal and diaphragm pumps.
- Maintain motor starters, variable frequency drives, and servo controls.
- Install piping, conduit, and raceway systems.
- Perform facilities and building maintenance.
- Document work activities using CMM.
- Associate degree or Trade School in a technical field and a minimum of 3 years' maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment or a high school diploma/GED equivalent and a minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, mechanical/electrical schematics, and other specifications to determine repair method for failed components.
- Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic principles.
- Proficiency in electro-mechanical systems, servos, hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, and industrial controls.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with PLC, CNC, and other electronic controls.
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
