Great Nurse to patient ratio! $5,000 Sign-on bonus for full-time employees Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate and experienced RNs & LPNs to join our Ventilator & Tracheostomy Unit at Douglasville Center for Nursing and Healing in Douglasville, GA. As a key member of our interdisciplinary care team, you will provide exceptional patient care to individuals with complex medical needs, utilizing your expertise in ventilator management and tracheostomy care.
