Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM


Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours Per Week

About the Role


We are seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 13-week contract position in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. The technologist will perform diagnostic nuclear medicine procedures, prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals, operate specialized imaging equipment, and produce high-quality images for physician interpretation.


Responsibilities

• Perform nuclear medicine examinations and related imaging procedures while producing high-quality diagnostic images for physician interpretation.
• Prepare, position, and educate patients while performing venipuncture and maintaining venous access as required for examinations.
• Prepare and administer prescribed radioactive isotopes while following established nuclear medicine and radiation-safety protocols.
• Operate nuclear medicine equipment, select appropriate imaging parameters, evaluate image quality, and process digital imaging data.
• Maintain accurate documentation using Epic, PACS, and related imaging systems and assist with PET services when needed.

Requirements

• Graduate of an Accredited Nuclear Medicine Program Required; Education Verification Required.
• Current CNMT or ARRT Nuclear Medicine Technology ARRT(N) Certification Required.
• Current American Heart Association BLS/BCLS Certification Required.
• Knowledge of Nuclear Medicine Procedures, Radiopharmaceutical Administration, Venipuncture, and Radiation Safety Required.
• Experience With PACS, Radiology Information Systems, Electronic Medical Records, and Digital Image Processing Required.

The Nuclear Medicine Technologist will provide safe, accurate, and patient-centered diagnostic imaging while maintaining high standards of nuclear medicine and radiation safety.
