As a Caregiver with Senior Helpers, you will:

As a Caregiver with Senior Helpers, you'll have the opportunity to:

• • Receive specialized training and ongoing support.
  • Earn competitive pay of up to $16/hour (DOE) .
  • Receive premium pay for flexible availability:
    • +$1.00/hour for weekday night shifts (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
    • +$1.50/hour for weekend day shifts (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
    • +$2.00/hour for weekend night shifts (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
  • Enjoy consistent scheduling with flexible placement opportunities when committing to 20 or more hours per week.

Requirements: 

At Senior Helpers, we’re looking for compassionate and reliable caregivers to join our team. To be considered, you must have:

• A valid driver’s license, a reliable car, and car insurance.
• Prior caregiving experience is highly valued.
• We also seek individuals with strong interpersonal and communication skills, as you’ll be interacting with clients and their families.
• Flexibility and dependability are key, as you may be asked to adjust to different shift schedules.
• You must be easily reachable via phone, SMS, or email for shift updates and communication.
