Support Associate

Answer phones and provide product and store information to guests. Understand and execute operational policies and procedures. Pack and unpack shipments and organize the stock room to support product flow. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment. Assist with stock‑taking and inventory management as needed. Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in a high‑volume, customer‑driven retail environment. Stock‑related experience is a plus. Open availability for a flexible work schedule, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts. Occasional overnight travel may be required. Physical ability to lift at least 40 lbs, lift, carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods. Compensation Range 15.00 USD – 15.00 USD per hour (variable based on experience and location).
