Patient Services Call Center Specialist

The University of Kansas Health System is seeking a Call Center Representative to support the Retail Pharmacy Communication Hub in Lenexa, KS. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide courteous customer service, and document interactions accurately. Under pharmacist supervision, you will ensure HIPAA compliance, coordinate with pharmacy teams, and use multiple software systems to obtain demographics and schedule refills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
