CNC Swiss Machinist – Naugatuck, CT
Naugatuck, CT
Up to $30.00 per hour (based on experience)
1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Our client is currently seeking an experienced CNC Swiss Machinist to join their growing manufacturing team in Naugatuck, CT. This is a first-shift opportunity with a stable company offering competitive pay and the chance to work with advanced Swiss machining equipment.

Responsibilities:

Operate, set up, and troubleshoot CNC Swiss machines
Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
Make machine offsets and adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards
Perform in-process inspections and verify part dimensions
Work independently to ensure production goals and quality requirements are met
Troubleshoot machining issues and recommend process improvements

Qualifications:

Previous CNC Swiss machining experience required
Experience with Citizen Swiss machines , particularly L20 models , is highly preferred
Experience with Citizen M32 machines is a strong plus
Setup and troubleshooting experience required
Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments
Experience making offsets and adjusting programs at the machine
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
