The Skills You Bring

Required Skills:

Minimum of 5 years of softwareengineering development experience.
Proven hands-on experience workingwith PHP 8, Node.js, NPM, Angular 17+, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5,CSS3, Git, REST APIs, and modern web application development.
Proven hands-on experiencedeveloping Angular applications using Standalone Components, Signals, andmodern control flow syntax.
Strong experience maintaining,enhancing, and troubleshooting legacy PHP applications.
Experience modernizing monolithicapplications and migrating functionality from PHP-based architectures toAngular and Node.js solutions.
Proven experience identifying,analyzing, and remediating application security vulnerabilities includingOWASP Top 10 risks.
Experience implementing securecoding practices, authentication, authorization, input validation, anddata protection controls.
Experience with relational databasesincluding MySQL.
Experience designing and consumingRESTful APIs and integrating with enterprise systems.
Proven experience writing automatedtests (unit, integration, and end-to-end) and following Test DrivenDevelopment (TDD) principles.

Any combination of the following is a plus:

Experience with Agile (Scrum orKanban) methodologies and Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery(CI/CD) practices.
Experience modernizing legacy PHPframeworks such as CodeIgniter as well as custom-built applications
Experience with application securityscanning tools such as Mend, CodeQL and SonarQube.
Experience performing vulnerabilityremediation and supporting penetration testing efforts.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes,Helm, and containerized application deployments.
Experience with cloud platformsincluding Azure and AWS.
Experience with OAuth, OIDC, SAML,and other enterprise identity integrations.

The Value You Deliver

Daily activities will involvedesigning, development, automated testing, meeting with technology peers(including architecture) to work through technical designs, supportingother developers on the team with their work, and participating in Agileceremonies (Daily Stand up, Backlog grooming, Retrospective meetings)
Captures requirements and runs orparticipates in the systems design effort.
Develop maintainable standards andscalable solutions.
Adhering to project timelines,addressing, and resolving technical issues.
Ensuring code reviews, unit testing,and integration testing are completed efficiently and effectively.
Fosters teamwork/motivation andspirit of collaboration with project team and business and systemspartners
