If you’re looking for a place where your skills make a difference and you can build a rewarding career, Bauer Built offers the opportunity to grow alongside a company that’s built to last.What You’ll Do:Pick up and deliver products to customers while following an established route within approximately a 60-mile service area.Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment to move and organize inventory.Move, locate, stack, count, and sort inventory to maintain an organized warehouse and delivery environment.Load and unload tires and related products of various sizes safely and efficiently.Maintain accurate delivery records and report discrepancies, damages, or customer concerns promptly.Follow all company safety protocols and comply with federal, state, and local traffic laws while operating company vehicles.What You Bring:Valid driver’s license.Clean driving record that meets company and insurance requirements.Previous delivery, route driving, or warehouse experience preferred.Ability to lift, move, and load/unload tires and products weighing up to 75 lbs.Strong communication and customer service skills.Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Basic math and record-keeping abilities.What We Offer:Competitive salary.401K Plan (100% company match up to 7%)Comprehensive health, prescription, dental, and vision insurance after 60 days.Weekly PayPaid Holidays, eligible Day 1Short-term DisabilityProfessional development and learning opportunities.Easily ApplyApply online at or stop in at our location for an applicationAbout UsFounded in 1944 and headquartered in Durand, Wisconsin, Bauer Built, Inc. is a leader in distribution and service of tires for the commercial, passenger and off-road markets.
