Job Description Saint Luke's South Hospital is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and team-oriented recent nursing graduate to join our Nurse Residency Program. This is an excellent opportunity for a new RN to launch their career in a supportive collaborative environment while gaining hands‑on experience alongside experienced clinical leaders and mentors. Shift Full Time Nights Responsibilities Provide high‑quality, patient‑centered care while participating in a structured residency program designed to support the transition from student nurse to professional RN. Utilize the nursing process and perform patient care tasks, delegating and supervising other patient care staff. Coordinate the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consult with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Demonstrate proficiency and abide by policies, rules, guidelines, and procedures. Qualifications Less than 1 year of applicable experience. Basic Life Support certification – American Heart Association or Red Cross. Registered Nurse status – various. Associate Degree (RN).
