We are hiring Valet Attendants to provide professional parking services for our clients. You will be the first contact for customers upon arrival and the last contact when they depart, and a warm welcome, friendly demeanor, and professionalism are essential. What Will I Do? Park and retrieve cars efficiently and safely, greet all customers by name, and develop rapport. Help direct traffic to maintain a clean and organized flow of vehicles. Work independently or with supervision when necessary. Promote excellent customer relations by smiling, exceeding expectations, and fostering a positive impression of LAZ Parking. You Are: Dynamic, charismatic, energetic, and willing to help in any way you can. Dependable and responsible, never disappointing. Good driver with a clean record and capability to drive standard transmission vehicles. Able to handle pressure and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Strong communicator with clear English speaking, reading, and writing skills. Team player who respects diverse opinions and helps motivate others. Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Strong customer service experience. Parking industry experience is preferred but not required. Physical Demands Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 25 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods. Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently during a shift.
