Lawson Application Analyst

Job Title: Lawson Application Analyst (Technical-Functional Analyst for HCM/SCM/FI, with primary focus on HR/Benefits/Open Enrollment)

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: 3 months to start with potential to extend 3 additional months


Must Haves:

1. Lawson configuration / application development experience with HCM, SCM, Finance modules.
2. Benefits Integration Development
3. SQL experience

Job Description:
The Lawson Applications Analyst is responsible for designing, configuring, testing, implementing and supporting Lawson/Infor enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
Responsibilities: Collaborates with key stakeholders, end users and other members of the business, patient care and Information Technology teams to optimize system configuration, function and access.

• Evaluates problem tickets and service requests, customer requests for system changes, data retrieval requests, system performance problems and optimization opportunities, and participates in the timely resolution of these activities.
• Addresses system concerns for the end-users.
• Troubleshoots and resolves application errors and other system issues.
• Tests the system, including any configurations, customizations and new releases, prior to production implementation.
• Works with end-users and the reporting team to assist with the design and testing of system reports.
• Participates in system design, validation and/or remediation sessions.
• Actively leads and takes ownership for the build and maintenance of system dictionaries, profiles, tables and other configuration points.
• Understands data flow to/from other systems and works with the Application Integration team to help resolve data integration issues.
• Manages system enhancement requests directly with the vendor and various IT Technical teams.
• Leads and/or facilitates system design, validation and/or remediation sessions.

System Knowledge: Lawson HCM/SCM/Finance
Additional Skills & Knowledge:
Someone with operations knowledge would be helpful along with technical development.

Lawson system knowledge and experience (most important)
