Understand and follow all nursing policies and procedures. Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing. Deliver patient care based on the established care plan, updating as necessary. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring their effectiveness. Respond promptly and appropriately to changes in patient condition.
