We are currently looking for a Full Time Inventory Control Clerk I to join our WinStar Retail Unit 4 team located at the WinStar Gift Shop working 8:00AM-4:00PM - Mo Tu We Th Fr.

Responsibilities:

• Inspects received shipments for accuracy, damages and defects
• Issues, receives, unloads, distributes and accounts for stock supplies and direct issue supplies
• Stocks inventory several times during shift by placing products on display shelf for customer availability
• Monitors daily inventory - Monitors and maintains inventory levels
• Reviews requisitions for accuracy and edit as needed prior to sending for budget owner approval - Processes and tracks purchase orders and changes
• Conducts audits of inventory on a scheduled basis
• Maintains and tracks assigned inventories using physical counts, supplier reports, material usage reports, software tools or any combination thereof
• Provides first class customer service to both internal and external customers and responds to inquiries, compliments, and/or complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency
• Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities
• Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types - Maintains a clean, organized work area and ensures a safe environment - Maintains and promotes professionalism - Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics - Adheres to Chickasaw Nation dress code standards
• Maintains knowledge of and follows all rules, regulations, policies and guidelines for assigned area
• Performs all other duties as assigned

Experience:

• No prior experience required

Education:

• High School, GED or Equivalent

Credentials:

• Pass gaming background check
• Gaming license or permit as required by assigned position
• Standard Driver's License
