This position does not require a CDL driver's license.What you'll do:Drop off and pick up equipment for customersOperate heavy construction equipment such as manual transmission semi-trucks and trailers ("rollbacks" or dovetails") consistent with DOT classification CDL-BMaintain a driver logSuggest additional equipment and supplies as customers may needOperate boom trucks and cranes in accordance with manufacturer specificationsOther duties as assignedRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentValid and clean driver's licenseSuperior customer service skillsDiligent attention to safety and safe driving proceduresBasic knowledge of construction equipmentFrequent lifting of items up to 45 poundsThis position is deemed Safety Sensitive for purposes of United Rentals' policies and procedures.Why join us?We don't just "talk the talk!"
