Center Director

Lead and manage all aspects of patient flow and clinic operations Execute BrightView’s operations playbook for the clinic Plan, lead, and deliver regular team meetings Ensure a consistent and high-quality patient experience within the clinic setting Identify and facilitate resolution of issues and conflicts within the center Ensure clinic staff compliance with established policies, procedures, workflows, and training Manage site-level personnel across multiple professional disciplines Cultivate staff development and set clear performance expectations Establish staff performance improvement plans and redirection/retraining efforts Develop community partnerships with BrightView’s Outreach teams Ensure collaboration with the Quality department partner Fulfill the Program Administrator Role as outlined by State Administrative Code as needed Follow and enforce federal, state, and local healthcare requirements Lead new staff onboarding and training Requirements 2+ years of experience in a human service-related field, preferably in a drug and alcohol setting; or 2+ years’ experience in a clinic-based position within BrightView with leadership/management responsibilities Demonstrated management and leadership capabilities Ability to build a team-centric environment and cultivate collaboration in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment Competence working with a diverse population of colleagues and patients Problem-solving ability with a sense of urgency Professionalism and conflict-management skills Adaptability within a dynamic work environment Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills Empathy and compassion for supporting patients’ recovery journeys High integrity and compliance with work standards and regulatory requirements Prior experience with harm reduction is a plus Bachelor’s degree preferred Core Competencies Demonstrates strong leadership and management capabilities in clinic operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and fostering a collaborative team environment.
