Member of Technical Staff, Frontend

Responsibilities
- Build customer-facing frontend experiences for call health, LLM observability, reporting, and analytics.
- Develop data-heavy dashboards, call logs, complex tables, pagination workflows, and real-time interfaces.
- Ship production React, TypeScript, and Tailwind work with strong backend-service and API integration.
- Improve performance, accessibility, usability, and scalability of data-intensive interfaces.
- Own a core workflow end to end and become the primary frontend owner for the area.
- Establish reusable design-system patterns and Storybook components.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and design and use agentic coding tools without compromising product quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with deep frontend expertise and a record of shipping customer-facing products.
- Strong command of React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, browser APIs, and frontend integration with backend services and APIs.
- Strong web performance and accessibility fundamentals, including Chrome DevTools and Lighthouse.
- Experience with component, visual, and end-to-end testing, Storybook, and design systems.
- Strong product and UX judgment and ability to collaborate in a fast-moving environment.
- Production experience with agentic coding tools and Tailwind CSS.
- Experience with data-intensive dashboards, complex tables, pagination across millions of rows, or real-time interfaces is preferred.
