Description We are seeking a skilled Video Editor to join our production team. This role is responsible for taking raw footage from studio, remote and live productions and turning it into polished broadcast-ready content that reflects the vision, standards, and mission of the ministry. The Video Editor will work from scripts, rundowns, outlines, shot lists and producer notes to assemble complete programs, promotional pieces, and digital content. This position requires strong technical editing ability, creative judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced television and ministry environment. Qualifications Strong experience with professional video editing software Understanding of television broadcast editing, pacing and storytelling Ability to follow producer direction while also bringing creative input Experience with graphics, music placement, color correction and basic audio cleanup Strong attention to detail and ability to spot technical or creative issues before delivery Ability to work in a ministry-focused environment and support the mission of the organization Comfortable working on multiple projects with tight deadlines Experience editing faith-based broadcast, interview or promotional content is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Kwfc Radio Station
