Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dependable Welder to join a growing manufacturing team. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced shop environment and takes pride in producing strong, quality welds. We are looking for strong candidate who can take direction well, shows up ready to work and truly cares about the quality of their work.

Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding on various metal components and assemblies
• Read and follow basic blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Measure and fit materials prior to welding
• Set up and adjust welding equipment as needed
• Inspect completed welds for quality, strength, and accuracy
• Use grinders, hand tools, and other fabrication equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures
• Meet daily production expectations while maintaining quality

Qualifications:

• Previous MIG welding experience required
• Ability to perform quality welds in a production environment
• Basic blueprint reading and measuring skills
• Comfortable using a tape measure and common shop tools
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. as needed
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Welding certification is a plus but not required
