Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to inform tailored treatment plans that address the individual needs of clients.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions across various modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches.

• Engage regularly with clients in both individual and group settings, ensuring their therapeutic goals are met through scheduled appointments.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver holistic, integrated care that addresses the multifaceted needs of clients.

• Maintain precise clinical records and documentation, conforming to the highest ethical standards and legal requirements to ensure client confidentiality and care continuity.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and engaging with the latest mental health research to enhance your clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related discipline is required.

• Possession of an active, unrestricted Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license in California.

• Annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
