Key Accountabilities Deliver friendly, professional customer service that reflects Associated Bank’s brand promise. Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions while following all policies and procedures. Identify customer needs and refer them to colleagues for additional financial solutions. Promote current offers, products, and services that benefit customers. Answer questions and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care. Support daily branch operations, including servicing vaults, night drops, and ATMs as assigned. Demonstrate and educate customers on digital and self‑service banking tools. Collaborate with team members across multiple branches to ensure seamless service. Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent, or a combination of education and experience. Up to 2 years of demonstrated customer service experience. Preferred Experience Experience in retail banking, cash handling, or financial services.
