Hartford Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse for our CTICU, caring for critically ill cardiac and thoracic surgical patients. In this role, you will provide comprehensive, evidence-based bedside care, including hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator management, and complex medication administration. You will collaborate closely with physicians and the care team, support patients and families through high-acuity situations, and uphold rigorous safety and infection-control standards while growing your skills in a technology-advanced, team-focused environment.
