Physical Therapist Assistant Location: Boca Raton, FL Position: Physical Therapist Assistant Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapy Office Pay: $30–$36 per hour Office: One Boca Raton office only We are hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant in Boca Raton, FL to support patient care in an outpatient orthopedic physical therapy office. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist and help patients complete treatment plans safely and correctly. The PTA will assist with exercises, mobility activities, balance work, strengthening, stretching, and functional rehab. Your work helps patients stay engaged and consistent throughout their recovery. Schedule Options: Four 10-hour workdays Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Responsibilities: Carry out treatment plans created by the supervising Physical Therapist Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities Assist with strengthening, stretching, balance, gait, and mobility training Monitor patient response during each session Report progress, concerns, or changes to the Physical Therapist Reinforce home exercise instructions and proper form Complete accurate daily treatment notes Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant License Associate degree from an accredited PTA program Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred Strong communication and treatment follow-through skills Health insurance Dental and vision insurance 401K plan with company match 21 days PTO Full benefits included Flexible schedule options Bring your PTA skills to Boca Raton and help patients keep moving forward in their recovery.
