Construction Technology Specialist

Overview Our client is seeking a Construction Technology Specialist to support advanced field and office technology services for construction projects. This role focuses on capturing accurate site data, managing digital models, and supporting construction teams with high-quality deliverables that improve layout, coordination, and execution. This position requires frequent travel to active job sites and hands-on work in the field. Responsibilities Perform on-site reality capture and data collection on active construction projects Manage field-to-office workflows, ensuring accurate and complete data transfer Process and review digital scan data to support construction layout and coordination Prepare technology-driven deliverables used for modeling, layout, and analysis Coordinate with project teams to maintain schedules, site access, and safety compliance Requirements 2+ years of experience working with construction technology or reality capture tools Strong technical aptitude and comfort working with specialized hardware and software Experience processing and reviewing field-collected data for accuracy and quality Ability to work independently on job sites and collaborate with project teams Willingness and ability to travel regularly to project locations Preferred Qualifications Experience integrating digital site data into CAD or BIM platforms Background in construction, surveying, layout, or fabrication workflows Familiarity with emerging construction technologies and digital tools Why Join Our Client This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of construction and technology, supporting innovative project delivery methods across a variety of job sites.
