Seeking a Food Production Manager to oversee daily food production, inventory, and logistics. This role manages staffing, ensures strict health/sanitation standards, controls costs, and oversees the procurement and distribution of goods to maintain operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and safety compliance.
Responsibilities:
• Manage staffing and schedules
• Direct daily warehouse operations, including product ordering, receiving, stocking, and inventory.
• Drive daily operations to meet production schedules and quality targets.
• Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate factory staff to ensure high morale and performance.
• Identify bottlenecks, optimize workflows, and implement process improvements.
Qualifications:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (including Excel).
• Previous production, commissary, or factory leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, teamwork, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Superior ability to identify and solve problems.
• Ability to take initiative and make decisions based on information provided.
• A valid Texas driver’s license in good standing.
