Senior Project Manager – Ferring Pharmaceuticals Overview Ferring is a privately‑owned biopharmaceutical company focused on developing therapies. As a Senior Project Manager you will create and lead cross‑functional project plans that support key corporate objectives. Responsibilities Create and manage project scope and timelines. Develop and implement detailed project plans and work assignments, monitoring progress to ensure deliverables. Coordinate with stakeholders across CMC Development, Clinical, Medical, and Regulatory functions. Provide strategic input to enhance project efficiency, assess risks, and adjust forecasts. Develop documentation for corporate stage‑gate reviews. Escalate significant issues to senior leadership. Present progress and budgets to governance bodies. Serve as single point of contact for assigned deliverables. Document current and future gaps in projects and budgets relative to milestones. Qualifications Bachelor of Science or equivalent in Life Sciences. At least 5 years of project management and team leadership experience. Experience in regulated pharmaceutical/medical product development. Project management certification (PMP or equivalent) preferred. Knowledge of contracting, finance, budgeting, and business operations. Experience with budgeting tools such as Planisware preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience in biotechnology project management preferred. Benefits Base salary range $120,000 – $150,000. Annual bonus incentive based on performance.
