What You'll Do

• Assess, diagnose, and deliver clinical services for individuals with behavioral health disorders.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create personalized treatment plans.
• Support clients through every stage of their recovery journey.

What We Offer

• Licensure support: AMFT, ASW, Psy Associate, LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD/PhD Licensed Psychologist or equivalent. We provide supervision hours!

Schedule

• Full-time, 5 days per week
• Options: Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday

Essential functions include applying psychotherapeutic techniques and interventions, conducting psychosocial assessments, developing discharge plans, and maintaining documentation of therapy services provided to each patient according to facility and professional standards.

Other functions may include performing case management, discharge or after care planning, and demonstrating a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers.

Education/experience/skill requirements include a master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or human services field, one or more years' experience working with comparable patient population, requisite state or national licensure for professional therapy providers, CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification, and first aid as required.

Salary: $41.64 - $48.42 /Hr.
