How you’ll build your business here

  1. Work primarily from your sphere, past clients, referrals and self-generated online/offline marketing
  2. Run high-quality buyer and seller consultations and set clear expectations
  3. Price, prepare and market listings using our tools and marketing support
  4. Write, present and negotiate offers that protect your clients while still getting deals done
  5. Keep your pipeline organized in the CRM so you always know who to call next
  6. Show up for key office meetings, masterminds and culture events that help you grow (without constant hand-holding)

Details

  1. Job type: Full-time, independent contractor
  2. Schedule: Self-managed; weekends and some evenings as needed
  3. Compensation: Commission-based, with competitive high-split plans and options up to 100% after caps with minimal fees in qualifying structures

Pay: You Determine - capped splits available.
