Position: CT Technologist
Facility: Shasta Regional Medical Center (SRMC)
Location: Redding, CA
Contract: 13 Weeks 

Schedule: 36 Hours/Week – Days/Nights
Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM (12-Hour Shifts) 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM (12-Hour Shifts) 
On-Call: Required

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT examinations following physician orders and imaging protocols.
• Ensure accurate patient positioning while maintaining safety and comfort throughout procedures.
• Administer contrast media when appropriate and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and the healthcare team to provide timely diagnostic imaging.
• Maintain imaging equipment and comply with radiation safety, infection control, and quality standards.
• Participate in on-call coverage as scheduled.

Requirements

• ARRT (R)(CT) Certification
• Active California Radiologic Technologist License
• BLS Certification (AHA)
• Minimum 2 years of recent CT Technologist experience
• Experience in an acute care hospital preferred
