Licensed Mental Health Consultant — Primary Care & Crisis Support

Allina Health is seeking a Mental Health Consultant in Champlin, MN to provide solution-focused therapy and conduct crisis consultations in partnership with multidisciplinary teams. You will work together with primary care, women's health teams, and community resources to address patients' mental health needs. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Social Work, be a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Minnesota, and preferably have BLS certification.
