Shift Leader

Brand Einstein Bros. Bagels Overview We are looking for a Shift Leader to coordinate store operations, motivate the team, ensure high quality of food and service, and help grow their own careers. Shift Leaders work directly with the General Manager, open and close the store, coach team members, maintain a safe and clean environment, and set the morale and tone of the team. Responsibilities Collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team. Set morale and tone of the team. Provide feedback and coach team members. Open and close the store with minimal supervision. Ensure food and beverage quality. Maintain a safe and clean store environment. Benefits Flexible schedule. Ability to work varied hours, including early mornings (as early as 3am) and weekends. Must pass a background check as applicable. Must obtain a ServSafe certification prior to completing leadership training. Valid driver’s license preferred, required only at certain locations. Hourly Rate $14.57 - $21.86 per hour. Tip eligibility is subject to state regulations. Starting pay is subject to local and state minimum wage regulations.
