Active RN license and eligibility to practice in Ohio At least 1 year of recent nursing experience preferred in Cardiac Stepdown, telemetry, or a similar acute care nursing setting Strong cardiovascular assessment skills and telemetry interpretation experience Ability to succeed in a fast-paced hospital environment and work collaboratively with the clinical team Comfort with night shift scheduling and delivering high-quality patient care with minimal supervision Excellent communication, organization, critical thinking, and clinical judgment skills Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care to Cardiac Stepdown patients with complex and changing needs Monitor cardiac rhythms, vital signs, telemetry data, and patient condition, and report changes promptly Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions according to safe nursing practice Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support recovery Maintain accurate charting and documentation to support quality outcomes and patient safety Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and discharge instructions Respond to patient needs with professionalism, empathy, and strong clinical decision-making Apply now
