Position Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Location North Frisco, TX Job Id 29576 # of Openings 1 Compensation and Bonus Structure Total Compensation Package from $84,500 to $120,000 annually. Opportunity to earn more based on center size, mentorship of RBTs and supervision of assigned trainees. Bonus Structure Monthly Performance Bonuses: Uncapped bonuses for impact. Sign On Bonus: Up to $10,000 based on start date and location. Mentorship Bonuses: Bonus pay for supervising an RBT pursuing their Master’s in ABA. Certification Bonuses: Reward for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision. Relocation Packages: Available to ease transition expenses. 401(k) with Company Match: Boost retirement potential. Long‑Term Ownership : BCBA’ s eligible upon promotion to senior BCBA role. Schedule: Monday‑Friday, daytime hours. Leave: Almost 30 days off in Year One including holidays, PTO, CEU days, and flex days. Caseload: Support up to 8 children per box.
