Home Instead is seeking a PART TIME NURSE to assist in Craven County & Surrounding Area. You will find yourself part of an amazing team, who work together to keep clients in their home environment. Essential Job Duties

• Availability 2-3 days/week
• Timely and Accurate Documentation
• Traveling Throughout the Local Region
• Perform Initial Assessments and Plan of Cares to Assess Client’s Activities of Daily Living and Evaluate their Home Environment.
• Perform 90-day Supervisory Visits
• Perform Caregiver Supervisory Visits

Requirements

• Must have degree from an accredited school of nursing and have a current RN license to practice in NC.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and valid car insurance.
• Computer Skills and Comfortability to Electronically Document Assessments and Plan of Care
• Able to pass a background check, drug screen and DMV screen.
