Cottonwood LnPhoenix, Arizona 85048View Shop Details## Responsibilities* Technicians use their knowledge & skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our guests* Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles* Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections* Work as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively* Senior Techs mentor newer mechanics and contribute to a supportive shop culture* Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization* Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate guest concerns* Work together with other Technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results## Qualifications**Qualifications:*** Positive attitude and a desire to serve guests* 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic* ASE Certifications preferred (L1, A1-A8), or a plan to achieve* Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles* Consistently deliver efficient, high-quality repairs* Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes* Professional appearance and strong communication* A desire for long-term career development## Physical Requirements* Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds* Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head* Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repair* Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools* Walk/stand for the majority of their workday* Drive manual transmissions vehicles* Efficiently navigate a computer and tablet/iPad
