Branch ManagerTalon Recruiting has partnered with a national leader in rental, sales and distribution of industrial and commercial heavy equipment. We are looking for a Branch Manager for their Santa Ana location.The successful candidate is responsible for:Profit and loss responsibilities for the branchManaging a staff of 10-15 employeesDeveloping and maintaining relationships with customersEmployee relations and ensuring a productive, engaging work environmentFleet managementProfessional Experience:Sales experienceBranch Management experience with demonstrated results P&L accountabilityPrevious heavy equipment dealership/rental experienceDesired Skills:Excellent communication skillsPrevious sales abilityHigh level of organizationAbility to work with all levels of employees in the Branch, Region and Division officesStrong customer relations skillsAbility to adjust to changing prioritiesAttention to detailBroad fleet knowledgeCompensation:Base Salary+ BonusComprehensive Medical, Dental, Vision, LTD, STD 401(k)
