Our team members are committed to providing quality service to the local community by providing MVP service at each stop. To provide MVP service, our technicians are expected to work diligently to solve our client’s plumbing problems in an efficient and timely manner. We value our employees, their time, and their commitment to providing excellent service. To continue growing our team with individuals that provide value to the whole team, we require that each applicant meet the following criteria:3 – 5 years of verifiable plumbing experienceGreat Written and Verbal Communication. It’s important that our technicians are able to communicate well with our team members as well as with customers to ensure each stop is completed with great customer service and efficiency.Sales capabilitiesCleanliness – We expect all our MVPs to be represent the company by showing to each call with a fresh, clean appearance and leaving each job location cleaner than you found it.Timeliness – It is important that you are on-time to each location and that if a project is taking longer than expected it is communicated with the home officeFlexibility: You will need to be available for some weekend shifts and to be on call on rotation. You will not be required to be on call every week, but on a rotational basis only. This currently is set up as one week on and two weeks off.Other important notes:You must:Supply your own tools.
