THE ROLE

Mission: Own and strengthen Rythm's relationship with its customers and community across social media, reviews, and public conversations while protecting and amplifying the Rythm brand voice. As a Social Engagement Specialist you'll serve as the voice of Rythm across our public-facing channels. You'll engage directly with our community through social media, reviews, and online conversations, helping customers get answers, resolving concerns, celebrating successes, and ensuring every interaction reflects the Rythm brand. You'll also monitor sentiment, identify emerging trends, and act as a key link between our community, Customer Experience, and Marketing teams.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Specifically focusing on Customers who engage with Rythm via social media, you will be expected to: Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, mentions, and reviews across Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Trustpilot, TikTok, and other emerging platforms. Serve as the public voice of Rythm while maintaining a consistent, authentic, and empathetic brand voice. Build relationships with customers and community members through thoughtful engagement. Identify customer sentiment, trends, recurring questions, and emerging issues and share insights with leadership. Escalate customer concerns, product feedback, and reputation risks to the appropriate internal teams. Partner closely with Customer Experience, Marketing, and Brand teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels. Identify and flag organic creator interest and inbound partnership inquiries from social channels to the Partnerships team for follow-up Respond to public reviews and feedback in a professional and brand-aligned manner. Monitor conversations related to health, wellness, longevity, sports performance, and other topics relevant to the Rythm community. Surface opportunities to celebrate customer stories, testimonials, and community wins. Help maintain response-time and engagement standards across all social platforms.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

3+ years of Customer Service experience, specifically within social channels. Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, Trustpilot, and emerging social platforms. Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to adapt to and maintain a consistent brand voice. Experience managing public-facing customer interactions with professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment. Strong customer service, problem-solving, and de-escalation skills. Ability to identify trends, customer sentiment, and emerging issues across social channels. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams. Interest in health, wellness, fitness, or preventative healthcare is a plus. Positive attitude, curiosity, and a genuine passion for building community.
