Childwise ABA provides top-tier Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, specializing in personalized treatment for children with autism. Our team of dedicated Behavior Technicians (RBTs) delivers evidence-based interventions that promote growth, independence, and meaningful change.

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism
Accurately collect and document behavioral data
Follow behavior intervention plans created by BCBAs
Support daily living skills (ADLs) and promote independence
Safely manage and respond to challenging behaviors
Hourly pay: $22–$28 (based on experience and certification)
Full-time and part-time: 15- 40 hours per week
Flexible schedule between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM
Willingness to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Experience working with children, preferably with autism
Strong behavioral management and communication skills
