Communications Assistant- Immediate Start

Position Summary Harvest Advertising Inc is looking for a Communications Assistant to support customer outreach, communication projects, and promotional initiatives. This entry-level position offers hands-on experience in communications, marketing, customer engagement, and business operations. Responsibilities * Assist with customer and community outreach initiatives. * Prepare communication materials, presentations, and reports. * Respond to general inquiries and provide accurate information. * Support promotional campaigns and marketing activities. * Assist with coordinating communication projects and schedules. * Help ensure professional and consistent messaging. * Collaborate with team members on outreach initiatives. * Perform general administrative duties related to communications. Minimum requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Associate's or bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Public Relations, or a related field is a plus. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities. * Attention to detail and proofreading skills. * Basic computer proficiency. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. * Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, marketing, or administrative experience is beneficial but not required.
