- Assessing patients' medical histories
- Diagnosing conditions through observation and patient feedback
- Creating tailored treatment plans for each patient
- Setting clear objectives and anticipated outcomes for treatment
- Utilizing exercises, stretching, equipment, and manual therapy techniques to alleviate pain, enhance mobility, and prevent future injuries
- Documenting patient progress and adjusting care plans as necessary
- Providing education to patients and their families about the recovery journey in physical therapy
- Valid Physical Therapist License in good standing in Oklahoma
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in outpatient orthopedics; however, new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning abilities
- A commitment to being part of a team that values a service-oriented culture of excellence and lifelong learning
- A genuine passion for helping others in a fun and fulfilling environment
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program, licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Oklahoma
