Senior Retirement Plan Administrator

Role Description

You’re a relationship-focused retirement plan professional who enjoys helping clients navigate the complexities of retirement plan administration. At C&N, we’re seeking a Senior Retirement Plan Administrator to oversee the administration, compliance, and ongoing success of retirement plans while delivering exceptional service to plan sponsors and participants.

In this role, you’ll:

• Manage client relationships
• Oversee plan administration
• Ensure regulatory compliance
• Identify opportunities to expand C&N’s Retirement Services offerings

This position offers the flexibility to work remotely; however, candidates must reside within 50 miles of a C&N location or be willing to relocate to be considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 4-6 years of related experience and/or training OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Recommended Certifications:
  • Securities Registration
  • Qualified 401(k) ASPPA Administrator
