URGENT: House Sitter Wanted - Seeking Reliable House Sitter In Jacksonville, Fl - $15 Per Hour

My name is Agnelo Coelho I moved to Jax last year and my kids are still up North so I need some help in taking care of the house while I’m on vacations (I travel quite a bit - mostly internationally) I don’t have pets or indoor plants and have a strong security system with motion sensors, external flood lights and cameras and internal cameras and so on (ADT and Amazon Blink) Essentially I’m looking for someone who can contact me / my son in case of any security issues (which I doubt since the cameras are continuously recording) However, I need the peace of mind that I’m covered in case something does do wrong! What you will do:

1. Visit the property every three days in person during the day and text me if you think something is not right
2. Respond to my text messages – I can monitor the security remotely so you may need to be in the loop in case something happens. My son will coordinate with the Sherrif office in case of a break in so you will not be needed for that!

1. For short vacations I take – there will be no need to enter the house. I do have a key box whose code I will share in case it is needed for you to enter the house. For longer vacations you may need to enter to check the kitchen appliances, bring in the mail, etc. You will coordinate with my son who lives in New Jersey (keeping me in the loop)
2. We will discuss the payments based on the different length of times I’m away
